الدليل ده مكتوب بلغة بسيطة جداً، عربي وإنجليزي، ويشرح كل شاشة وكل زرار في المنصة بمثال عملي. مش محتاج أي خلفية تقنية — لو بتستخدم واتساب، هتعرف تستخدم المنصة.

فيه حاجتين جواه: 📖 دليل القراءة (اللي إنت فيه دلوقتي) و🎬 الشرائح (للتدريب — زرار في الأعلى). ولو حسّيت إن فيه كلام تقني كتير، سيبك من زرار 🧽 بلا مصطلحات شغال — هو الافتراضي أصلاً.

This guide is deliberately simple, in Arabic and English, and explains every screen and every button of the platform with a real example. No technical background needed — if you can use WhatsApp, you can use this platform.

It has two parts: 📖 the reading guide (what you are in now) and 🎬 the slides (for training — button at the top). If the wording ever gets too technical, the 🧽 No jargon button is already ON by default.

إزاي تقرا أي فصل بسرعةHow to skim any chapter

في كل فصل: جملة واحدة بتقول القسم ده بيعمل إيه → صورة حقيقية بأرقام زرقاء → جدول يشرح كل زرار → مثال «اعمل كده بالظبط». لو محتاج تفصيلة تقنية (أسماء الملفات والأرقام اللي في الكود) اضغط 🧽 بلا مصطلحات مرة تانية عشان تظهر.

Every chapter: one line about what the section does → a real screenshot with blue numbers → a table explaining each control → an "do this exactly" example. For the technical bits (file names, the numbers behind the rules) click 🧽 No jargon once to turn them back on.

المنصة في دقيقة واحدةThe platform in one minute

إيه هي، بتوفّرلك إيه، ومين يستخدم إيهWhat it is, what it saves you, and who uses which screen

المنصة دي عيون على البحر. بتلمّ بيانات السفن الحقيقية (بيانات AIS اللي كل سفينة بتبعتها)، وبتقارنها بقراءات الغاطس اللي بتتخزن كل يوم، فتطلّعلك حاجة واحدة مفيدة: مين عندها مساحة فاضية دلوقتي، ومين قرب يفضى.

والفرق بينها وبين أي موقع سفن تاني إن مفيش تخمين: لو مفيش قراءة غاطس، مفيش شارة. لو مفيش سفينة خرجت، مفيش سطر في التقرير. الغياب معناه «مفيش دليل» مش «قيمة متوقعة» — والسبب إنك بتبني شغل بفلوس على الكلام ده.

This platform is eyes on the water. It collects real vessel data (the AIS signals every ship broadcasts) and pairs it with the draught readings stored every day, to answer one useful question: who has free space right now, and who is about to.

What makes it different from a ship-tracking website is that nothing is guessed: no draught reading, no badge. No vessel sailed, no line in the report. Absence means "no evidence", not "estimate" — because you spend real money on what this board tells you.

اللوحة مش بتكتب أبداً — بتقرأ بس. اللي بيكتب بيانات جديدة هو إنك تسجّل صفقة أو تدوس شريحة واتساب.

ليه مفيش سطر «⚓ JUST SAILED» في الرسالة دي؟Why is there no "⚓ JUST SAILED" line in this message?

لأن مفيش سفينة سابت ميناء في آخر 6 ساعات وقت كتابة الدليل. السطر ده بيظهر بس لما يتحقق شرطين مع بعض: السفينة بقت «في الطريق» فعلاً، وزيارة ميناء ليها اتقفلت في آخر 6 ساعات، و قراءة الغاطس بتاعها لسه حية. لو أي شرط ناقص، السطر بيختفي — ومش بنحط سطر بديل أو رقم تقديري. لما تظهر، بيبقى شكلها كده (بنكتبها بحقولها عشان مفيش سفينة حقيقية في الحالة دي دلوقتي):

The line appears only when all three are true: she is genuinely under way, a port visit of hers closed within 6 hours, and her draught series is still live. Break any leg and the line disappears — there is no substitute line or estimated number. When it does appear it reads (shown as fields, because no real vessel is in that state right now):

القراءة الصح: السطر ده معناها «فيه واحدة بقت فاضية، كلّمها الأول». لو مش موجود، يبقى مفيش حد كده دلوقتي — مش معناها إن التقرير فيه مشكلة.

How to read it: that line means "somebody just became free — call her first". If it is missing, nobody is in that state right now — it does not mean the report failed.

يعني الصبح: تقرأ أول 4 سطور بس → عندك عدد المساحات الحرة + حجم الدفتر + المكالمات اللي ردّت. الملف المرفق يتفتح في Excel عادي (بتواريخ وأرقام حقيقية، والأعمدة مثبّتة) عشان تبعته لحد أو تطبعه.

In practice: read the first four lines → you know how much free tonnage exists, how big the book is, and how your outreach is landing. The attachment opens in normal Excel (real dates, real numbers, frozen header) so you can forward or print it.

المنصة بتجهّز التقرير وتبعته على روم تيليجرام اللي إنت مسجّله، تلقائي من خدمة شغالة في الخلفية. لو حصلت مشكلة في الشبكة، الرسالة بتتأجل زي ما هي — ومفيش سطر وهمي بيتحط عشان «تكمّل الشكل».

The platform builds the workbook and pushes it to your configured Telegram room from a background service. If the network hiccups, the message is simply late — no fake line is inserted to "make it look complete".

Each row is one vessel, and the last column tells you what she is doing right now: discharging, loading, idle, or finished and gone. That column is where the money is — the rest is context.

The age of the newest reading sits inside the badge’s tooltip (hover it: last sample 24 min ago). On the Trader Desk the same number is a colour-coded chip ⏱ 24m → gold ⏱ 2h → red ⏱ 5h: at red the evidence is about to expire — call before the badge dies, not after.

ليه التقييم ده مهم بالذات؟Why grading matters

بعد أسبوعين هيقولك بالأرقام: هل مكالمة «⚓ سابت الميناء» بترد أكتر من مكالمة «▼ بتفرّغ»؟ ساعتها توجّه وقت مكالماتك لمكانه الصح. الأرقام دي كمان بتظهرلك في تقرير الصبح.

After a couple of weeks the ratios answer a real question: do “⚓ just sailed” calls land better than “▼ discharging” ones? That is where your calling time should go — and the same numbers appear in the morning report.

ز) اللوحات الجانبية: السلع، السوق، الإشارات، التنبيهات، الموانيG) The side panels: commodities, market, signals, alerts, ports

الفلتر الافتراضي في متصفح جديد هو 🇪🇬 مصر فقط — وفي ساعات معينة ممكن مفيش أي سفينة مطابقة لنوع شغلك، فالجدول يبقى فاضي بحق. جرّب تبدّل المنطقة لـ⚓ My Trades وبعدين اضغط ⟳ Refresh. لو لسه فاضي، يبقى بجد مفيش حاجة دلوقتي (والتقرير الصبح برضه مش بيحط أرقام بديلة).

A fresh browser defaults to 🇪🇬 Egypt only, and at quiet hours that can legitimately be empty for your cargo types. Switch the region to ⚓ My Trades and hit ⟳ Refresh. Still empty? Then nothing matches right now — and the morning report will not invent numbers either.

4 · النظام بيرتّبthe system reorders

في الترادر ديسك: السفينة اللي ردّت بتطلع لفوق في قائمة الفرص، واللي مسدودة بتهبط. وفي الصبح بيتحسبلك نسبت الردود لكل نوع مكالمة.

On the Trader Desk: a vessel who replied rises to the top of the opportunities list, a dead end sinks. In the morning the reply ratio per call type is computed for you.

دورة كاملة في سطر واحدThe loop in one line

شارة → شريحة → واتساب → تسجيل → تقييم → أولوية أعلى → صفقة. كل خطوة بتغذّي اللي بعدها، فبدل ما تسأل «مين أكلّم؟» بتبقى الإجابة مكتوبة من تاريخك إنت.

ملوش لازمة تسجّل كل حاجة؟ بل له“Why log everything?” — because

لأن الصفحة بتقولك بصراحة لو دفترك فاضي: بدل ما ترسملك أرقام وهمية، بتطلعلك ملاحظة أدبها «الدفتر لسه صغير». كل ما تسجّل، الأرقام والرسوم في النظرة التنفيذية بتبقى ليها معنى.

Because the page refuses to fake numbers: an almost-empty book shows an honest note instead of pretty charts. The more you log, the more the Executive numbers mean something.

صح — السطر ده معناه أنها بقت مساحة حرة دلوقتي، وأولوية اليوم هي المكالمة الفورية. والفلتر بيوريك كام واحدة في نفس الوضع.Correct — that line means free tonnage now. The call is today’s top priority, and the filter shows how many others are in the same state.

لأ — التأجيل بيفقدك القيمة. الخبر بيطلع في اللحظة اللي السفينة بتبقى فاضية: كل ساعة تأخير، حد تاني بيسبقك.No — delay destroys the value. The signal exists exactly because she became free; every hour, someone else calls first.

2) شفت سفينة في فلتر ⊜ Idle in port من 3 أيام. تعمل إيه؟2) A vessel has sat in ⊜ Idle in port for three days. What do you do?

صح — سفينة واقفة بدون شغل هي فرصة العرض الواضحة: فرصتك تاخد شغل جديد. والنجمة تخليها تحت عينك.Correct — an idle vessel is the clearest pitch there is. Starring keeps her on your radar.

لأ — ⊜ معناه «في الميناء ومفيش شغل ظاهر»، ودي بالتحديد اللي بيقبل يعرض حمولتك.No — ⊜ means “in port with no visible work”, which is exactly the owner ready to hear your cargo.

3) في الترادر ديسك، شريحة حمرا جنب الشارة بتقول ⏱ 5h. ماذا يعني ده؟3) On the Trader Desk, a red chip beside a badge reads ⏱ 5h. What does it mean?

صح — الشريحة بتقيس عمر الدليل، مش الوقت الباقي. والألوان بتتدرّج: سماوي (أقل من ساعة)، دهبي (1–4 ساعات)، أحمر (فوق 4 ساعات)، وعند 6 ساعات الشارة تتشال خالص. يعني في الحالة دي: كلّمها من دلوقتي.Correct — the chip ages the evidence, not the countdown. Practical rule: call before the evidence expires.

لأ — «الباقي كام ساعة» بيبقى مكتوب صريح ⏳ ~13h left. اللي بين قوسين مختصرين ⏱ هو عمر آخر قراءة.No — the time left is written explicitly as ⏳ ~13h left. The ⏱ marker is the age of the last reading.

صح (ب) هو الحل الأول: الفلتر الافتراضي في متصفح جديد منطقة ضيقة. (ج) خطوة تانية منطقية لو عايز تفحص السوق كله.Correct — (b) is the first remedy: a fresh browser defaults to a narrow region. (c) is a reasonable second step if you want the whole market.

لأ — «فاضي» مش عطل. الجدول بيقول الحقيقة: مفيش سفينة مطابقة للفلاتر دلوقتي. اختار منطقة أوسع وشوف.No — “empty” is not a fault. The table is telling the truth: nothing matches your filters right now. Widen the region.

5) عميل بعتلك استفسار في مكالمة، وعايز تسجّله في دقيقة واحدة. أسرع طريق؟5) A client enquires on the phone and you want it logged in one minute. Fastest route?

صح — الفورم معمول عشان الاستفسار السريع: التفاصيل الناقصة تكتمل بعدين (تعديل في أي وقت، وكل تعديل بيتسجّل).Correct — the form is built for a fast enquiry: missing details can be filled later, and every edit is logged.

مفيش خطأ كبير في التأجيل، بس كل يوم بتأجل فيه بتفقد ترتيب الأحداث في الدفتر. التسجيل الفوري بسيط جداً.Delaying is not a disaster, but you lose the order of events. Logging takes seconds.

6) سفينة خرجت من الميناء وقفلت بنجاح، وردّت عليك، وبقيت عميل. تعمل إيه في المنصة؟6) A vessel sailed, replied to you and became a client. What do you do in the platform?

صح — الشغل اللي دخل من شريحة لازم يتحوّل لسطر في الدفتر. كده المرات الجاية هتبقى عارف مين بيرد ومعاه تاريخ.Correct — work that arrived through a chip belongs in the book. Next time you will know who replies — with history.

لأ — الدفتر هو ذاكرتك. الوكيل اللي مبيعرفش يقيس شغله مش بيقيّم تقدّم نفسه.No — the book is your memory. A broker who cannot measure his own work cannot see progress.

صح — ودي بالضبط السبب إن فيه ساعة ⏱ جنب الشارات: عشان تعرف إنت بتقرأ دليل طازج ولا على وشك ينتهي.Correct — and exactly why the ⏱ age rides beside the badges: so you know whether the evidence is fresh or expiring.

DWT الحمولة الساكنة

أقصى وزن تقدر السفينة تشيله بالطن — رقمك الأول في أي عرض.The maximum weight a ship can carry, in tonnes — the headline number of any offer.

AIS

الجهاز اللي كل سفينة بتبعت بيه موقعها وحالتها. منه بتيجي بيانات المنصة.The transmitter every ship uses to broadcast position and status. The platform’s data source.

IMO

رقم ثابت لكل سفينة في العالم، ومبيتغيرش لو غيّرت اسمها. أهم من الاسم.A permanent number for every ship worldwide; it survives a rename. More reliable than the name.

MMSI

رقم الراديو بتاع السفينة. بيفيدنا لو الـIMO لسه مجاش.Her radio identity — used when the IMO has not arrived yet.

Berth الرصيف

المكان اللي السفينة بترسو فيه جوه الميناء وبتشتغل عليه.Where she lies inside the port to work cargo.

Anchorage المرساة

بره الميناء مستنية دورها — حالة مختلفة تمامًا عن «على الرصيف».Waiting off the port for her turn — a different commercial moment from “alongside”.

ETA / ATA

وصول متوقع / وصول فعلي. المنصة معندهاش رقم = متكتبش رقم.Expected / actual arrival. No broadcast time means no number shown.

NOR

إشعار الجاهزية: لحظة إبلاغ السفينة إنها جاهزة تبدأ شغل.Notice of readiness: the moment she declares she can start work.

LOP

آخر ميناء حر — نقطة في سجل الصفقة بتوثّق نهاية الشغل.Last port free — a timestamp that closes the working period.

Laycan

النافذة الزمنية اللي لازم السفينة تكون جاهزة فيها (من–لي).The window in which she must be ready (from–to).

Demurrage

غرامة تأخير: السفينة استنت زيادة عن الوقت المتفق عليه.A penalty when the vessel waited longer than agreed.

Fixture تثبيت

الصفقة اتعقدت رسمياً. في المنصة دي هي عمود Fixed.The deal is formally concluded — the Fixed column.

Spot

رحله/سفينة متاحة للتنفيذ الفوري، مش عقد طويل.A voyage or vessel available right now, not a long contract.

TC (Time Charter)

Check the region selector next to SIGNALS: 🇪🇬 Egypt only can genuinely be empty at quiet hours. Switch to ⚓ My Trades and refresh; if it stays empty, no vessel matches your cargo type right now.

الصفحة مكتوب فيها loading… ومبقتش تتحرّكThe page says “loading…” and never moves

أول قراءة بعد تشغيل الجهاز بتبقى بطيئة (لأن المنصة بتبنى صورة السفن من جديد) — استنى 15–30 ثانية واضغط ⟳ Refresh. لو فضلت واقفة، الخدمة محتاجة إعادة تشغيل (الفصل 11).

The first read after a cold start is slow (the platform rebuilds its picture of the fleet) — give it 15–30 seconds and hit ⟳ Refresh. Still stuck? The service needs a restart (chapter 11).

مش لاقي شارات ▼ أو ▲ على السفن اللي بتفرّغ فعلاًThe ▼ / ▲ badges are missing on vessels that are clearly working

الشارة محتاجة قراءتين غاطس على الأقل خلال المدة الأخيرة. لو عندنا قراءة واحدة بس، مفيش شارة — وده مقصود: مفيش تخمين. شوف مؤشر تغطية الغاطس تحت التنبيهات وشوف عنده كام.

A badge needs at least two draught readings inside the window. One reading means no badge — on purpose: nothing is guessed. The coverage gauge under the alerts shows how much data exists.

شريحة الواتساب مش بتفتح واتسابThe WhatsApp chip does not open WhatsApp

المتصفح بيحتاج إذن لفتح تاب جديد. لو ظهرلك تحذير اضغط «السماح». ولأي مشكلة تانية، المنصة بتظهر رسالة بخطأ الرد نفسه — وهي مصممة إنها متفتحش واتساب لو النص مش جاهز.

The browser needs permission to open a new tab: allow it if prompted. Otherwise the platform shows the server’s own error — it is built so a half-built draft never opens.

الأرقام مبقتش تتحدث لوحدهاNumbers stopped refreshing by themselves

شوف قايمة التحديث التلقائي في الشريط العلوي — لو مختار Off، مفيش تحديث تلقائي. حدّد 5 أو 15 دقيقة، أو اضغط ⟳ Refresh يدوياً.

Check the auto-refresh menu in the top bar: “Off” means manual only. Pick 5 or 15 minutes, or press ⟳ Refresh by hand.

الملف ده يفتح من غير إنترنت؟Does this guide work offline?

أيوه — كل الصور والخطوط جواه، ومفيش أي طلب شبكة. تقدر تبعته على الإيميل أو الواتساب وتفتحه بالدبل كليك. (المنصة نفسها محتاجة السيرفر شغال عشان تشوف البيانات الحية.)

Yes — every image and fonts are inside the file, with zero network requests. Email or message it and double-click to open. (The platform itself still needs its server running for live data.)

الأرقام في الدليل دي حقيقية؟Are the numbers in this guide real?

الصور كلها لقطات حقيقية من المنصة في جلسة تصوير واحدة (2 أكتوبر 2026، منطقة My Trades)، ونص الرسالة في الفصل 2 اتولد من نفس كود المنصة في نفس اليوم. مفيش رقم مُختلق في أي مكان في الدليل.

Every screenshot is a real capture from one session (2 Oct 2026, My Trades region), and the message text in chapter 2 was produced by the platform’s own code that day. No number in this guide is invented.

3 قواعد دهبية للمشغّلThree golden rules

لو الأرقام غريبة، أول خطوة: إعادة تشغيل الخدمة، وبعدها اقرأ اللوج.
الصورة متتفتحش على الإنترنت — المنصة بتشتغل على جهازك وخلاص، وده أمان مش قيود.
أي تعديل في الصفحات، اتأكد إن الجافاسكربت سليم قبل ما تحفظ (المنصة عندها فحص دايم قبل النشر).

When numbers look odd: restart the service first, then read the log.
The platform is deliberately local-only — that is safety, not a limitation.
After editing any page, check the JavaScript before saving (the project always does).
